优思悦治疗人工流产术后月经不调的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of Yousiyue in the treatment of irregular menstruation after induced abortion

目的探究在人工流产术后月经不调患者治疗中应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)(优思悦)的临床效果。方法选取59例人工流产术后月经不调患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组患者29例,患者接受常规治疗,试验组患者30例,患者接受优思悦治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、用药后不良反应发生情况及性激素水平。结果试验组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组治疗总有效率68.97%(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率3.33%低于对照组总发生率17.24%,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后较治疗前两组各项指标均有明显改善,且试验组患者雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平均低于对照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后月经不调患者采用优思悦治疗,可提高临床疗效,且安全性可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of drospirosterone estradiol tablets(Ⅱ)(Yousiyue)in the treatment of patients with irregular menstruation during induced abortion.Methods 59 patients with irregular menstruation after induced abortion were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.Twenty-nine patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and 30 patients in the experimental group received Yousiyue treatment.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%higher than that of control group 68.97%(P<0.05).The total incidence of 3.33%in test group was lower than 17.24%in control group,but there was no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indexes were significantly improved compared with the two groups before treatment,and the levels of estradiol(E 2)and progesterone(P)in experimental group were lower than those in control group,while the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Yousiyue therapy for patients with irregular menstruation after induced abortion can improve the clinical efficacy,safety and reliability.
