缩宫素联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果观察

Observation on the effect of oxytocin combined with ergotrine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue

目的观察缩宫素联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取60例分娩后宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组产妇给予缩宫素进行治疗,试验组产妇在对照组基础上联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗。比较两组产妇宫底高度情况、临床疗效及血常规指标。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组为76.67%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇产后1 d宫底高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组产后3 d、5 d宫底高度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组白细胞计数低于对照组,红细胞计数、血小板计数及血红蛋白水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果较佳,可提高临床疗效,有效改善宫底情况,恢复产妇血常规指标,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with ergotrine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue.Methods 60 cases of postpartum hemorrhage after childbirth were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The women in the control group were treated with oxytocin,and the women in the experimental group were treated with ergotrine maleate on the basis of the control group.The fundal height,clinical efficacy and blood routine indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the height of fundus on the first day after delivery between the two groups(P>0.05).The fundus height of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 3 and 5 days postpartum,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The white blood cell count of the two groups was lower than that of the control group,and the red blood cell count,platelet count and hemoglobin levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with ergotrine maleate has a better effect in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue,which can improve the clinical efficacy,effectively improve the condition of the uterinefloor,and restore the maternal blood routine indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
