经阴道联合腹部超声检查在妇产科急症诊断中的应用价值

Application value of transvaginal combined abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of emergency in obstetrics and gynecology

目的探讨经阴道联合腹部超声检查在妇产科急症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取195例妇产科急症患者;另抽取36例妇产科常规疾病患者。均开展经阴道联合腹部彩色多普勒超声检查。比较两种检查方式对各种妇产科急症的阳性检出占比及诊断结果。结果经阴道联合腹部超声检查对卵巢黄体破裂、急性盆腔炎、异位妊娠、前置胎盘、胎盘早剥、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的阳性检出占比均高于腹部超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯开展腹部超声检查相比,经阴道联合腹部超声检查能够更有效地鉴别临床各种妇产科急症,从而为后续开展针对性治疗提供参考依据。

Objective To explore the application value of transva ginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography in emergency diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 195 emergency patients in obstetrics and gynecology were selected.Another 36 patients with routine diseases in obstetrics and gynecology were selected.Transvaginal combined abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography was performed in all patients.Compare the positive detection proportion and diagnosis results of the two examination methods in various gynecological and gynecological emergencies.Results The positive percentage of luteal rupture of ovary,acute pelvic inflammatory disease,ectopic pregnancy,placenta previa,placenta abruption and torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle by transvaginal ultrasonography was higher than that by abdominal ultrasonography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the transabdominal ultrasound,the transvaginal and abdominal ultrasound can make the differential diagnosis of acute gynecological and obstetrical diseases,providing basis on the specific treatment.
