摘要
总结1例妊娠合并风湿性心脏病患者的临床资料及护理,根据患者的特点,分别从孕期心理护理、先兆早产的管理、抗凝治疗、围手术期的精细化管理等各个方面进行护理,从而确保母婴安全,提高护理质量。
To summarize the clinical data and nursing care of a pregnant woman with rheumatic heart disease.According to the characteristics of the patient,nursing care was carried out in various aspects,including psychological care during pregnancy,management of threatened premature delivery,anticoagulant treatment,and meticulous management during perioperative period,so as to ensure the safety of mother and child and improve the quality of nursing.
