人文关怀护理在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用价值

Application value of humanistic care in parturients after cesarean section

目的分析人文关怀护理对剖宫产术后产妇不良情绪及身体恢复的影响。方法选取60例行剖宫产术产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采取常规产后护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取人文关怀护理。比较两组产后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、应对方式评分、恢复情况及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组面对维度评分高于对照组,回避维度及屈服维度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次肛门排气时间、首次下床活动时间、恶露排净时间、术后排尿时间、出现泌乳时间及住院总时间均明显短于对照组,疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度93.33%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产术后产妇实施人文关怀护理效果满意,能够调节产妇不良情绪,缩短住院时间,加快其恢复进程,且产妇较满意。

Objective To analyze the influence of humanistic care on the bad mood and physical recovery of parturients after cesarean section.Methods 60 parturients undergoing cesarean section were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine postpartum nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care nursing.The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),coping style scores,recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score of the two groups was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of coping dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of avoidance dimension and yield dimension were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The time offirst anal exhaust,the time offirst getting out of bed,the time of lochia clearance,the time of postoperative urination,the time of lactation and the total length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanistic care and nursing for the puerpera after caesarean section is satisfied,which can adjust the bad mood of the puerpera,shorten the hospital stay,speed up the recovery process,and the puerpera are satisfied.
