产妇产后会阴伤口愈合不良原因分析及护理研究

Analysis of the causes of poor perineal wound healing in postpartum women and nursing study

目的分析产妇产后会阴伤口愈合不良原因及护理措施。方法选取50例产后会阴伤口愈合不良产妇,探究产妇产后会阴切口愈合不良的原因,并采用精细化护理,观察其护理效果。结果50例产妇产后出现切口感染13例(26.00%),肠线吸收不良产妇30例(60.00%),缝合过密产妇4例(8.00%),局部血肿产妇3例(6.00%)。肠线吸收不良及切口感染是导致产妇产后会阴切口愈合不良的主要原因。产妇护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产妇护理后生活质量评分明显高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠线吸收不良、切口感染是导致产妇产后会阴切口愈合不良的主要原因,在产妇实施精细化护理后,产妇的心理状态更稳定,生活质量水平提升,且产妇切口愈合效果更好。

Objective To analyze the causes of poor perineal wound healing and nursing measures.Methods 50 postpartum parturients with poor perineal wound healing were selected to explore the causes of poor perineal incision healing,and the use offine nursing,to observe the nursing effect.Results Among the 50 parturients,13 cases(26.00%)had incision infection,30 cases(60.00%)had intestinal malabsorption,4 cases(8.00%)had close suture,and 3 cases(6.00%)had local hematoma.Intestinal malabsorption and incision infection are the main causes of poor perineal incision healing.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)after maternal nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score after nursing was significantly higher than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intestinal malabsorption and incision infection are the main causes of poor perineal incision healing in postpartum parturients.After the implementation of refined care,the psychological state of parturients is more stable,the quality of life is improved,and the wound healing effect of parturients is better.
