中医技术护理干预在更年期综合征患者中的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of TCM technical nursing intervention in patients with climacteric syndrome

目的研究中医技术护理干预在更年期综合征中的临床效果。方法选取80例更年期综合征患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组与B组,每组40例。B组采用常规护理,A组采用中医技术护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果干预前,两组患者的Kupperman评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1个月、干预2个月,A组评分明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,A组SDS、SAS评分(37.46±5.35)分、(35.36±4.54)分均低于B组的(50.85±3.31)分、(47.58±6.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的生活质量评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医技术护理干预可有效改善更年期综合征患者的临床症状,缓解患者负面情绪,提高生活质量,具有应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM technical nursing intervention in climacteric syndrome.Methods 80 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Group B adopted routine nursing,group A adopted traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Kupperman score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of intervention,the score of group A was significantly higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of group A(37.46±5.35)and(35.36±4.54)were lower than those of group B(50.85±3.31)and(47.58±6.39),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM technical nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with climacteric syndrome,relieve the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life,has application value.
