剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室两种术式治疗的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of two surgical treatments for uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section

目的:深入探讨剖宫产妇科手术后的切口憩室两种不同手术方式的临床疗效。方法:筛选自2020年5月至2021年5月在本院妇产科进行女性宫腔镜(A组)或女性阴式手术(B组)治疗切口憩室的25例(A组11例、B组14例)患者。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗前,25例患者子宫切口憩室均有明显异常症状,主要表现为阴性月经不净,经期(12.7±3.5)d。A组平均进行手术时间(27.5±4.9)min,平均出血数量为(7.4±2.95)mL,治疗后有45.0%的患者月经恢复正常;B组平均进行手术治疗时间(20.6±14.9)min,平均出血量为(36.1±11.5)mL,治疗后有85.7%的患者月经恢复正常,差异较为明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在住院时间上没有出现较大差距,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:剖宫产患者在术后容易产生子宫切口憩室,通过阴式手术治疗的成功率高,可显著地改善患者术后症状。

Objective:To deeply explore the clinical effects of two different surgical methods of incision diverticulum after cesarean section gynecological operation.Methods:25 cases(11 cases in group A,11 cases in group B)who underwent female hysteroscopy(group A)or female vaginal surgery(group B)in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected.Group of 14 patients).Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results:Before treatment,25 patients with uterine incision diverticulum all had obvious abnormal symptoms,mainly manifested as negative menstrual irregularities,menstrual period(12.7±3.5)days.The average operation time in group A was(27.5±4.9)min,the average bleeding volume was(7.4±2.95)mL,and 45.0%of patients'menstruation returned to normal after treatment;the average surgery treatment time in group B was(20.6±14.9)min,and the average bleeding volume was(36.1±11.5)mL,85.7%of patients'menstruation returned to normal after treatment,the difference was more prominent and statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the length of hospitalization between the two groups of patients,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with cesarean section are prone to have uterine incision diverticulum after operation,and the success rate of vaginal surgery is high,which can significantly improve the postoperative symptoms of patients and is more popular with patients.
