老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者自我效能水平的影响因素及护理干预

Influencing Dactors and Nursing Intervention of Self-efficacy in Elderly Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者自我效能水平的影响因素及护理干预效果。方法收集2021年1月至2022年12月在本院就诊的老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者198例,采用一般资料调查问卷收集患者资料信息,社会支持量表(SSRS)评估社会支持度,中文版关节炎自我效能感量表-8条目版(ASES-8)评估自我效能。单因素及多因素分析影响老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者自我效能水平因素。结果单因素分析显示,年龄、居住地、基础疾病、文化水平、经济收入、病程、疾病知识掌握情况、活动受限程度、心理状况、社会支持、疼痛程度均可能为影响老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者自我效能水平的因素,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,文化程度、病程、社会支持及活动受限程度均为影响老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者自我效能水平的因素,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论文化程度、病程、社会支持及活动受限程度均为影响老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者自我效能水平的因素,针对上述因素制定护理干预措施可有效提高患者自我效能。

Objective To explore the factors influencing the level of self-efficacy in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis and the effect of nursing intervention.Methods A total of 198 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital From January 2021 to December 2022 were collected.General data questionnaire was used to collect patient data and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)was used to assess social support.Chinese version of the Arthritis Self-efficacy Scale(AsE-8)to evaluate self-efficacy.Univariate and multivariate analysis of factors affecting the level of self-efficacy in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Results Univariate analysis showed that age,place of residence,underlying diseases,educational level,economic income,course of disease,disease knowledge,activity restriction degree,psychological status,social support and pain degree may be factors affecting the self-efficacy level of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that education level,course of disease,social support and activity limitation were all factors affecting the level of self-efficacy in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Educational level,course of disease,social support and activity limitation are all factors that affect the level of self-efficacy in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Nursing interventions based on the above factors can effectively improve the self-efficacy of patients.
