新型穿舱件的减振性能分析

摘要 为了降低管路结构振动及管内流体脉动激励向船体的传递,设计一种新型穿舱件结构,并对其减振原理进行分析。基于Ansys有限元软件建立传统穿舱件与新型穿舱件的模型,通过模态分析识别出系统的模态参数,通过谐响应分析穿舱件在一定频率范围内对正弦激励的响应。研究结果表明,管端接地对模型仿真分析结果有重要影响,并通过对比分析研究得到新型穿舱件减振性能明显优于传统穿舱件的结论。 In order to reduce the vibration of the pipeline structure and the transmission of fluid pulsation excitation to the hull, a new type of pipe penetration piece is designed, and its vibration reduction mechanism is analyzed. Based on Ansys finite element software, the model of the traditional pipe penetration piece and the new pipe penetration piece is established, the modal parameters of the system are identified by modal analysis, and the response of pipe penetration Piece to sinusoidal excitation in a certain frequency range is analyzed by harmonic response. The results show that the pipe end grounding has an important impact on the simulation results of the model, and through comparative analysis and research, it is concluded that the vibration reduction performance of the new type of pipe penetration piece is significantly better than that of the traditional Pipe Penetration Piece.
