Numerical simulation of portable AUV hydrodynamic coefficient

摘要 使用新一代流体力学软件STAR-CCM+数值模拟获取水动力系数。通过直航、斜航运动和小幅值平面运动模拟计算出AUV的粘性水动力系数和惯性水动力系数。数值计算的水动力系数分别与REMUS 100实际系数进行对比。总体来说,计算值与REMUS 100的实际值符号都一致,且都在一个数量级上,计算结果具有一定的可行性。根据计算误差,从数值计算的原理出发,分析数值计算误差主要来源于振荡频率、时间步长、边界层和网格划分等相关设置。在纯横荡运动计算中,对不同的振荡频率组数值模拟,初步表明,采用低频振荡的数值计算有助于提高水动力系数的计算精度。 The hydrodynamic coefficients were obtained by numerical simulation using STAR-CCM+, a new generation of hydrodynamics software. The viscous hydrodynamic coefficients and inertial hydrodynamic coefficients of AUV are calculated by direct navigation, oblique navigation and small value plane motion simulation. The hydrodynamic coefficients calculated by numerical method were compared with the actual coefficients of REMUS 100. In general, the calculated values are consistent with the actual values of REMUS 100, and they are all in the same order of magnitude. The calculated results are feasible to a certain extent. Based on the calculation error and the principle of numerical calculation, it is analyzed that the numerical calculation error mainly comes from the oscillation frequency, time step, boundary layer and mesh division and other related settings. In the calculation of pure swing motion, the numerical simulation of different oscillation frequency groups shows preliminarily that the numerical calculation of low frequency oscillation is helpful to improve the calculation accuracy of hydrodynamic coefficient.
