摘要
船用柴油机的气体燃烧不充分时会产生以NOx/SOx气体等为主的废气,对海洋环境造成一定的污染,因此有必要研发船用柴油机的废气排放污染监测系统,实时监测废气的排放量。本文从船舶台架试验的场景出发,分析了船用柴油机的废气计算方法,设计了基于单片机的柴油机排放污染度监测系统,详细介绍了系统的硬件组成,并结合台架测试的边界条件进行了废气的污染量测试。
When the gas combustion of marine diesel engine is insufficient, the exhaust gas mainly including NOx/SOx gas will be produced, which will cause certain pollution to the marine environment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the exhaust emission pollution monitoring system of marine diesel engine to monitor the exhaust emission in real time. In this paper, the exhaust gas calculation method of marine diesel engine is analyzed from the scene of marine bench test, and the diesel emission pollution monitoring system based on single chip microcomputer is designed. The hardware composition of the system is introduced in detail, and the exhaust gas pollution is tested according to the boundary conditions of bench test.
