基于半无限大平板的干冰防火数值模拟

摘要 采空区自燃是造成矿井灾害的主要原因之一。为了探索采空区滞留干冰的防火效果,以石港煤矿15108工作面为研究对象,利用Gambit建立采空区物理模型,划分网格后导入Fluent中,在其中放置半无限大干冰平板进行数值模拟,观察干冰平板吸热升华之后对采空区的温度影响并进行分析。结果表明,半无限大物体计算方式可应用于采空区滞留干冰的吸热量计算中,且干冰滞留对采空区降温作用范围较广,占整个区域的40%左右。 Spontaneous combustion in goaf is one of the main causes of mine disasters.In order to explore the fire prevention effect of dry ice detained in goaf,taking the 15108 working face of Shigang Coal Mine as the reference research object,the physical model of the goaf was established by Gambit,and was introduced into Fluent after grid division.A semi-infinite dry ice plate was placed in it for numerical simulation to observe and analyze the temperature impact of the goaf after the heat absorption and sublimation of the dry ice plate.The results show that the semi-infinite object calculation method can be used to calculate the heat absorption of the dry ice detained in the goaf,and the cooling effect range of the dry ice detained in the goaf is wide,accounting for about 40%of the whole area.
