摘要
针对液压支架电液控制系统在使用过程中故障排除难度大、不易维护等问题,简单地介绍了液压支架电液控制系统组成及工作原理,并分析了液压支架电液控制系统故障发生的常见原因,进一步提出提升液压支架电液控制系统运行有效性的措施,以保障液压支架能够在实际工作中有效发挥功能,提供安全、稳定的生产环境。
In view of the difficulty in troubleshooting and maintenance of the electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support in the process of use,this paper briefly introduced the composition and working principle of the electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support,and analyzed the common reasons of the failure of the electro-hydraulic control system,and further proposed the measures to improve the operation effectiveness of the electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support,to ensure that the hydraulic support can effectively play the function in the actual work,providing a safe and stable production environment.
