摘要
以宏远煤矿15203工作面沿空掘巷为工程背景,通过理论分析与FLAC3D数值模拟分析相结合的方法,研究了掘巷期间不同宽度窄煤柱下内部应力、变形分布规律,确定了窄煤柱合理宽度。研究结果显示:经过理论计算得出承压煤柱合理留设宽度不小于5.0m;通过数值模拟,分析出煤柱合理宽度应为5~6m;综合考虑窄煤柱以及巷道稳定性的情况,最终确定留设6m窄煤柱;在工程实践中,沿空掘巷留设6m窄煤柱,结合窄煤柱巷道支护,整体效果较好,可以有效抑制巷道围岩变形,提高煤炭采出率,证明煤柱留设合理宽度的设计可满足煤矿高效安全生产需求。
Taking the roadway driving along the goaf of 15203 working face of Hongyuan Coal Mine as the engineering background,through the combination of theoretical analysis and FLAC3Dnumerical simulation analysis,the distribution law of internal stress and deformation under narrow coal pillars with different widths during roadway driving was studied,and the reasonable width of narrow coal pillars was determined.The research results show that:through theoretical calculation,the reasonable width of confined coal pillar is not less than 5.0 m;according to numerical simulation,the reasonable width of coal pillar should be 5-6 m;considering the stability of narrow coal pillar and roadway comprehensively,6 m narrow coal pillar is finally determined to be reserved;in engineering practice,6 m narrow coal pillar is reserved in the roadway driving along the goaf.Combined with the support of narrow coal pillar roadway,the overall effect is good,which can effectively inhibit the deformation of roadway surrounding rock,improve the coal recovery rate,and prove that the reasonable width design of coal pillar can meet the requirements of efficient and safe production of coal mines.
