This paper deeply analyzed the significance of the digital transformation and upgrading in the coal field,and expounded the practical case of the digital transformation of A Coal Mine of Shaanxi,which mainly operates the"Meiliangzi"industrial internet platform to constantly innovate the top-level design,promote the two-way iteration of their business model and technological innovation,and build a value service system covering the entire industrial chain in the coal field.In addition,it proposed a new concept of digital transformation and upgrading of coal industry,which is of great significance for the high-quality development of traditional enterprises.
