Effect of Empowerment Education Centered on Family Primary Caregivers on Psychological Resilience,Self-Efficacy and Discharge Readiness in Patients with Cervical Cancer

摘要 目的:探讨以家庭主要照顾者为中心的赋能教育对宫颈癌患者心理弹性、自我效能及出院准备度的影响。方法:选取2019年9月1日~2021年9月30日收治的120例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,按照入院编号采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用以家庭主要照顾者为中心的赋能教育;采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、中文版健康促进策略量表(C-SUPPH)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)、癌症患者自我管理测评量表、出院准备度量表(RHDS)评估两组护理前后感知社会支持程度、心理弹性、自我效能、应对方式、自我管理能力、出院准备度。结果:护理后,两组PSSS、CD-RISC、C-SUPPH、MCMQ中面对、癌症患者自我管理测评量表、RHDS评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),MCMQ中回避、屈服评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:在宫颈癌患者中采取以家庭主要照顾者为中心的赋能教育,可增强其自我效能、应对方式、自我管理能力,提高出院准备度。 Objective:To explore the effect of empowerment education centered on family primary caregivers on psychological resilience,self-efficacy and discharge readiness in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cervical cancer admitted during September 1,2019 to September 30,2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were by the random number table method divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.Routine health education was given to the control group,and empowerment education centered on family primary caregivers was given to the observation group.Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Chinese-version Strategies Used by People to Promote Health(C-SUPPH),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),Self-Management Scale of patients with Cancer and Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS)were used to evaluate the perceived social support,psychological resilience,self-efficacy,coping styles,self-management ability and discharge readiness before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of PSSS,CD-RISC,C-SUPPH,MCMQ facing dimension,Self-Management Scale of Patients with Cancer and RHDS were higher in both groups than those before nursing(P<0.05),while the scores of dimensions of avoidance and yielding of MCMQ were lower than those in both groups than those before nursing(P<0.05),and lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Adoption of empowerment education centered on family primary caregivers in patients with cervical cancer can enhance the self-efficacy,coping styles and self-management abilities,and improve the discharge readiness.
