从特殊到一般:中国式现代化为人类实现现代化提供的新选择

From Special to General:New Choice of Chinese Path to Modernization for Human Modernization

长期以来,西方国家凭借先发优势视其现代化模式为人类社会的一般规律,广大发展中国家一度形成路径依赖而将西方式现代化奉为圭臬。但实践证明,照搬西方的现代化道路并没有为发展中国家带来希望的繁荣和富强。与之相反,中国式现代化却呈现出“风景这边独好”的繁荣景象,为人类社会实现现代化带来了全新启示与选择,包括坚定目标与赓续奋斗的精神支撑、独立自主与因地制宜的基本原则、市场调节与政府干预的驱动机制、和平稳定与生态持续的环境保障、工业奠基与并联推进的发展路线、治理贫困与人民共享的价值导向六个方面。这种全新选择并不是要求其他国家照搬中国方案,而是要在方法论上将人类现代化的普遍经验与本国的具体实际相结合,探索出一条适合本国的发展道路。

For a long time,the western countries,relying on their first mover advantage,regarded their modernization model as the general law of human society. The vast number of developing countries once formed path dependence and canonized western modernization. However, practice has proved that copying the modernization path of the West has not brought about the desired prosperity and prosperity for developing countries. On the contrary,Chinese path to modernization presents a prosperous scene of“unique scenery”,which brings new enlightenment and choices for human society to realize modernization,including the spiritual support of firm goals and continuous struggle,the basic principles of independence and adaptation to local conditions, the driving mechanism of market regulation and government intervention, the environmental protection of peace,stability and ecological sustainability,the development route of industrial foundation laying and parallel promotion six aspects,including getting rid of poverty and value orientation shared by the people.This new choice is not to ask other countries to copy China’s plan,but to combine the universal experience of human modernization with their own specific reality in methodology to explore a development path suitable for their own countries.
