煤矿井下护孔筛管旋转推送装置研制 被引量:1

摘要 根据松软煤层钻孔中下入筛管护孔的工艺需求,研制了筛管旋转推送装置。介绍了旋转推送装置的总体结构布局、关键部件设计以及旋转推送装置的操作方法。现场工业性试验过程中,累计下入筛管总长14428 m,旋转推送装置操作简单,动作可靠,可满足煤层钻孔快速高效下放筛管的使用需求。 According to the technological requirements of running screen tube to protect the hole in soft coal seam drilling,a screen tube rotary pushing device was developed.The overall structural layout,key component design and operation method of the rotary pushing device were introduced.During the field industrial test,the cumulative total length of the screen pipe was 14428 m.The rotary pushing device is simple to operate and reliable to meet the needs of fast and efficient screen pipe lowering in coal seam drilling.
