矿用锚盘自动上料装置结构设计及振动试验

摘要 针对矿用掘进设备目前自动化程度低,工人劳动强度大,工作效率低等问题,设计了一套矿用锚盘自动上料装置,包含锚盘抓取装置、安装架、锚盘储存与上料装置等。为了验证矿用锚盘自动上料装置结构强度能否在掘进设备实际工作时所产生的振动强度下正常工作,对矿用锚盘自动上料装置进行了振动模拟试验。试验结果表明:矿用锚盘自动上料装置结构强度完全可以在掘进设备实际工作时产生的振动强度下正常工作。 Aiming at the problems of low automation,high labor intensity and low work efficiency of mining tunneling equipment,a set of automatic loading device for mining anchor disc was designed,including anchor disc grabbing device,mounting frame,anchor disc storage and loading device,etc.In order to verify whether the structural strength of the automatic loading device of the mining anchor disc can work normally under the vibration strength generated by the actual operation of the tunneling equipment,a vibration simulation test was carried out on the automatic loading device of the mining anchor disc.The test results showed that the structural strength of the automatic loading device of the mine anchor disc could work normally under the vibration strength generated by the actual work of the tunneling equipment.
