露天带式输送机巡检机器人行走机构设计

摘要 巡检机器人作为露天带式输送机故障检测的新型设备,在露天带式输送机的检测作业中广泛运用。由于巡检机器人在长大坡道、雨雪、强风、低温等恶劣环境下运行,其运行稳定性至关重要。通过对巡检机器的运行轨道、行走机构进行新型设计,实现巡检机器人在恶劣环境下稳定运行的目标。 As a new type of equipment for outdoor belt conveyor fault detection,inspection robot is widely used in outdoor belt conveyor detection.As the inspection robot operates in harsh environments such as long and long ramps,rain and snow,strong winds,and low temperatures,its operation stability is crucial.Through the new design of the running track and operating mechanism of the inspection robot,the goal of stable operation of the inspection robot in harsh environments was achieved.
