智能化采煤机限位保护系统设计

摘要 针对智能化采煤机在工作面端头限位保护的不足,设计了一款非接触式限位保护系统,介绍了设计方案及可靠的保护逻辑策略。该保护系统已经在多台采煤机上使用,结果表明其可靠性高、响应速度快,保护策略完善,可保障智能化采煤机安全运行。 Aiming at the shortage of intelligent shearer’s limit protection at the end of working face,a non-contact limit protection system was designed,and the design scheme and reliable protection logic strategy were introduced.The protection system has been used on several shearers,and the results showed that it had high reliability,fast response,perfect protection strategy,and could ensure the safe operation of intelligent shearers.
