摘要
“创意写作”课程与“创意写作”专业需区分概念且独立研究。当前创意写作专业毕业生的实际就业方向已呈现三种明显指向,即写作型人才,从事纯文学创作的作家力量;实践型人才,投身“创意产业”的后备力量;研究型人才,有志于文学研究的学术力量。总体上考察“创意写作”的教学模式及培养路径,“创意”被窄化为文学写作能力的训练。招生规模扩大后带来的现实问题是学生实际就业取向会着陆于“创意产业”类相关工作,而现今依托作家设计的“学写作”教学规划存在流失生源的隐患。细化人才培养方案,需厘清并权衡“创意”与“写作”两个概念在课程设计及专业规划中的比重;优化课程设置,应重新论证和整合三组关系:创新与传统、文学与艺术、文科与理工科。
The course of“creative writing”and the program of“creative writing”need to be distinguished concerning their concepts,so as to do independent researches.At present,the actual employment direction of creative writing graduates has shown three obvious directions,namely,writing talents,the writers being engaged in pure literary creation;practical talents,the reserved professionals to join the“creative industry”;research-oriented talents,the academic people to do literary research.Generally,when we examine the teaching mode and cultivation path of“creative writing”talents,“creativity”is narrowed down to the training of literary writing ability.The real problems brought by the expansion of student enrollment are that in the actual employment,the students tend to do jobs related to“creative industries,”and the current teaching plan of“learning to write”based on writers has the potential danger of losing the students.To refine the cultivation of talents,we need to clarify and weigh the weight of the two concepts of“creativity”and“writing”in the curriculum design and professional planning;to optimize the curriculum,we should reevaluate and integrate three groups of relationships:innovation and tradition,literature and art,and arts and science.
