数字经济赋能乡村振兴:影响机制和空间效应

Digital Economy Empowers Rural Revitalization:Influencing Mechanisms and Spatial Effects

数字经济的发展为乡村振兴提供了强大的新动能,这对加快农业农村现代化发展进程具有重要意义。本文选取2011—2020年我国30个省份数据,构建数字经济和乡村振兴两大指标体系并测算数字经济指数和乡村振兴指数,运用双向固定效应模型和空间计量模型实证检验了数字经济对乡村振兴的影响机制和空间溢出效应。研究结果表明,数字经济促进了乡村振兴,这一结论在进行数字经济滞后一期和滞后两期的内生性分析和变换样本的稳健性检验后仍然成立;就影响机制而言,科技创新、农村创业和消费升级是数字经济促进乡村振兴的重要机制;异质性分析表明,与东部地区相比,中部和西部地区的数字经济在促进乡村振兴方面效果更好;空间效应显示,数字经济对乡村振兴的影响存在显著的空间溢出效应。本文的研究为加快数字经济推动乡村振兴提供了重要的经验证据和决策参考。

The development of digital economy has provided a powerful new driving force for rural revitalization, which is of great significance for accelerating the modernization of rural agriculture. This paper selects the data of 30 provinces from 2011 to 2020, constructs digital economy indicators and rural revitalization indicators, and uses two-way fixed effects model and spatial econometric model to test the mechanism and spatial spillover effect of digital economy on rural revitalization and development. The results show that digital economy promotes rural revitalization,and this conclusion is still valid after the endogeneity analysis and robustness test of digital economy with one-stage lag and two-stage lag,and after sample transformation. In terms of transmission mechanism, scientific and technological innovation, rural entrepreneurial activity and consumption upgrading are important mechanisms for digital economy to promote rural revitalization. Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital economy in central and western regions is more effective in promoting rural revitalization than in eastern regions. The spatial effect shows that digital economy development and rural revitalization have significant spatial spillover characteristics. The research of this paper provides an important empirical evidence and decision-making basis for accelerating the digital economy to promote the rural revitalization.
