为解决现阶段公司财务管理工作中存在的核心问题,如财务管理意识不强、财务精细化管理水平不高、财务风险评估不规范、财务内控机制存在较多缺陷等,文章对公司财务管理的内容进行了研究,主要包含资金筹集、投资管理、运营资金管理、股利的有效分配等,并提出了具体的解决措施,以期为相关人员提供参考。

In order to solve the core problems existing in the company's financial management at the present stage,such as low awareness of financial management,low level of financial delicacy management,non-standard financial risk assessment,defects in financial internal control mechanism.This paper studies the content of the company's financial management,including fund raising,investment management,operating capital management,effective distribution of dividends,and puts forward specific solutions,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
