建筑施工企业资金集中管理现状与对策

现阶段,随着我国社会经济体系的不断完善,建筑行业也迎来了新的发展机遇。在发展过程中,建筑行业集中度在不断提高,同时建筑施工企业所面临的市场竞争环境也越发严峻。建筑施工企业要想保持稳定的发展势头,就要充分认识到资金集中管理的重要性,做好现代化企业资金管理体系的构建工作,以有效解决自身存在的资金集中管理问题。鉴于此,文章分析了建筑施工企业资金集中管理的现状,并针对其中存在的问题探讨了解决对策,以供参考。

At this stage,with the continuous improvement of China's social and economic system,the construction industry has also ushered in new development opportunities.In the process of development,the concentration of the construction industry is increasing,and the market competition environment faced by construction enterprises is becoming more and more severe.If construction enterprises want to maintain a stable momentum of development,they must fully recognize the importance of centralized capital management and do a good job in the construction of modern enterprise capital management system to effectively solve their own problems of centralized capital management.In view of this,this paper analyzes the current situation of centralized capital management in construction enterprises,and discusses the countermeasures to solve the existing problems for reference.
