国有企业的资金集中管理模式与创新路径分析

在我国国民经济体系中,国有企业始终发挥着领导性、支柱性作用,既能推动我国经济快速发展,又能维持我国经济形态的稳定、安全。当前,我国国有企业规模扩大、业务增多,既面临着良好的发展形势,又面临着市场经济的挑战。国有企业要想规避发展风险、维持发展优势,就要以资金集中管理为突破点。文章简要阐述了国有企业资金集中管理模式和资金集中管理的必要性,并根据资金管理的现存问题,提出了具有针对性的解决对策,以供参考。

In China's national economic system,state-owned enterprises always plays a leading and pillar role,which can not only promote the rapid development of the economy,but also maintain the stability and security of the economic.At present,the scale of China's state-owned enterprises is expanding and their business is increasing,which is facing not only a good development situation,but also the challenge of market economy.If state-owned enterprises want to avoid development risks and maintain development advantages,they should take centralized capital management as a breakthrough.This paper briefly expounds the mode and necessity of centralized management of funds in state-owned enterprises,and puts forward targeted countermeasures according to the existing problems of fund management for reference.
