基于互相关系数的钢/玻璃钢结构粘接质量的超声仿真与评价

摘要 为了利用两种材料的复合特性,通常采用粘接形式将它们结合在一起,粘接质量严重影响该复合结构的各项性能。该文针对钢/玻璃钢结构粘接质量检测需要,将互相关理论应用于超声检测中,通过不同检测参数下损伤信号和健康信号的互相关系数,研究互相关系数与脱粘尺寸间的内在联系及最佳检测参数。仿真结果表明,采用500kHz频率和45°入射角检测时,互相关系数与脱粘大小具有较好的线性关系,可以实现对粘接结构质量的定量评价。 In order to make use of the composite characteristics of the two materials,they are usually bonded together by bonding.The bonding quality will seriously affect the properties of the composite structure.In this paper,according to the needs of bonding quality testing of steel/FRP structures,the cross-correlation theory is applied to ultrasonic testing.Through the cross-correlation coefficient of damage signal and health signal under different testing parameters,the internal relationship between the cross-correlation coefficient and the size of debonding and the optimal testing parameters are studied.The simulation results show that there is a good linear relationship between the number of mutual relations and the size of debonding when the frequency of 500 kHz and the angle of incidence of 45°are used for testing,and the quantitative evaluation of the quality of bonded structure can be realized.
