探析高职院校“国际货运代理”课程设计与改革

Course Design and Reform of“International Freight Forwarding”in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校需面向行业、企业培养高素质技术技能人才,“国际货运代理”课程在高职院校现代物流管理等多个专业开设,其目的是培养掌握丰富的国际货运代理理论知识且具有较强货代业务技能的人才,为国际货代企业提供相关人才。为了有效提升“国际货运代理”课程的教学效果,需要根据国际货代企业的岗位需求进行课程设计并深化课程改革。文中详细地分析了高职院校“国际货运代理”课程设计和改革中存在的主要问题,并明确了基于企业岗位职责和工作过程的课程设计思路,调查分析了货代企业的典型岗位及课程面向的岗位职责和人才需求,明确了课程的目标、内容以及考核评价方式等,进一步深化了课程设计和改革。

Higher vocational colleges mainly cultivate high-quality technical talents for industrial enterprises.The“International Freight Forwarding”course is set up in multiple majors such as modern logistics management in higher vocational colleges,mainly to cultivate talents who master rich theoretical knowledge of international freight forwarding and have strong freight forwarding business skills,so as to provide qualified talents for“International Freight Forwarding”enterprises.In order to effectively improve the teaching effect of the“International Freight Forwarding”course,it is necessary to design and deepen the curriculum reform according to the job requirements of“International Freight Forwarding”enterprises.This paper analyzes the main problems in the course design and reform of“International Freight Forwarding”in higher vocational colleges in depth and detail,clarifies the course design ideas based on enterprise post responsibilities and work processes,investigates and analyzes the typical posts of freight forwarding enterprises and the post responsibilities and talent needs of the courses,clarifies the objectives,contents,assessment and evaluation methods of the courses,and further deepens the course design and reform.
