数字技术背景下建筑行业知识产权保护策略研究

Research on Intellectual Property Protection Strategy of Construction Industry Under the Background of Digital Technology

建筑行业的创新发展与知识产权保护有密切的联系,但我国对建筑知识产权的保护仍处于起步阶段,对其保护尚不到位,降低了行业对创新性研究的积极性。文中针对建筑行业知识产权现阶段存在法律法规和政策不够完善、保护范围广、难点多等问题进行了分析,提出在创新发展过程中进一步优化建筑企业的知识产权保护策略,以期提高行业内知识产权保护意识,使企业在市场竞争中取得优势并提高创新的数量与质量,促进知识产权的良好发展,提高我国建筑行业在国际中的地位。

The innovative development of the construction industry and the protection of intellectual property are interrelated.hut the protection of the construction intellectual property in China is still in its infancy,and its protection is not in place,which reduces the enthusiasm of the industry for innovative research.The article analyzes the main problems of the construction industry’s intellectual property right at this stage,such as the imperfect laws,regulations and policies,the wide scope of protection and many difficulties,and puts forward corresponding solutions to further optimize the construction enterprise’s intellectual property protection strategy in the process of innovation and development,and improve the industry’s awareness of intellectual property protection,so that enterprises can gain advantages in market competition and improve the quantity and quality of innovation,promote the sound development of intellectual property rights and improve the position of China’s construction industry in the international community as a whole.
