详细分析了甘肃工业废弃物资源化利用及无害化处置项目的规划构思及布局。该项目为满足规划布局要求,同时保障工艺功能的实现,将生产区、生产辅助区、仓库区、生产管理区等4个功能区域合理规划,利用方格网布局形式,形成“三横五纵”的厂区干路网形态,同时利用基地自然地形状况,完成了厂区的竖向规划。通过无人机勘测技术的应用、清洁生产制度的实施、厂区数字化系统的建设,该项目在规划及设计过程中充分体现了协同化、智能化,以及工艺先行的设计特色,为实现生态、环保、安全、高效的“绿色工厂”奠定了良好的基础。

The paper analyzes the planning concept and layout of Gansu industrial waste recycling and harmless disposal project in detail.In order to satisfy the planning and layout requirements and ensure the realization of process functions,the project has reasonably planned four functional areas,including production area,production auxiliary area,storage area and production management area,and formed a“three-horizontal and five-vertical”in-plant trunk road network by using the grid layout.At the same time,the vertical planning of the plant has been completed by using the natural terrain conditions of the site.The project fully embodies the design features of collaboration,intelligence,and process first in the planning and design by applying UAV survey technology,implementing cleaner production system,and building plant digital system,thus laying a good foundation for the realization of an ecological,environmental,safe,and efficient“green plant”.
