摘要 为提高实验室仪器设备的管理与维修效率,结合华南农业大学基础实验与实践训练中心管理现状,运用微信“wxml+wxss+js+json”小程序基本架构,开发基于小程序+云的人机互动智能化实验设备报修系统。系统包含在线报修、短信推送、在线接单、维修处理、维修状况查询、数据分析、实时监听等七个功能模块,实现线上报修线下即时短信通知、报修单与设备状态实时监听、实验室一键巡视、数据导出、故障数据分析等功能。应用实践表明:系统有效拓展了实验室管理手段,提高了实验设备管理水平,对同类实验室管理工作有较好的借鉴与应用价值。 In order to improve the efficiency of the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment,combined with the management status of Basic Experiment and Practice Training Center of South China Agricultural University,we use the basic framework of We Chat"wxml+wxss+js+json"applet to develop Mini Program+Cloud-based human-machine interaction intelligent experimental equipment repair system.The system includes 7 functional module s,including online repair report,SMS push,online order receiving,repair processing,repair status query,data analysis,and real-time monitoring.It realizes online repair application and offline instant SMS notification,repair report real-time monitoring,and real-time monitoring of equipment status.Laboratory one-key inspection,data export,fault data analysis and other functions.Application practice shows that this system effectively expands the laboratory management methods,improves the management level of laboratory equipment,and has a good reference and application value for similar laboratory management.
