早产儿矫正6月龄纯母乳喂养的影响因素及改进策略研究

Influencing factors and improvement strategies of exclusive breastfeeding in preterm infants at corrected age of 6 month

目的:了解早产儿的纯母乳喂养现状,并分析相关的影响因素及改进策略,为提高早产儿纯母乳喂养率提供依据。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年3月出生并在四川大学华西第二医院建档的早产儿260例,调查其矫正6月龄的纯母乳喂养情况。结果:260例早产儿中,矫正6月龄的纯母乳喂养率为27.69%,出生体质量及出生胎数是早产儿矫正6月龄纯母乳喂养率的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:早产儿矫正6月龄的纯母乳喂养率有待提升,尤其是出生体质量低、多胎的早产儿,应采取综合管理措施提高早产儿纯母乳喂养率。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of exclusive breast-feeding of preterm infants, and analyze the relevant influencing factors and improvement strategies, so as to provide a basis for improving the exclusive breast-feeding rate of preterm infants.Methods:260 preterm infants born from November 2018 to March 2019 and documented in West China Second University Hospital, Sichuan University were selected, and their circumstances of exclusive breast-feeding at the corrected age of 6 months were investigated.Results:Among 260 premature infants, the exclusive breast-feeding rate at corrected age of 6 months was 27.69%. The birth weight and the number of births were the influencing factors for the exclusive breast-feeding rate at the corrected age of 6 months of preterm infants(P<0.01).Conclusion:The exclusive breast-feeding rate of preterm infants at the corrected age of 6 months needs to be improved, especially for preterm infants with low birth weight and multiple births. Comprehensive management measures should be taken to improve the exclusive breast-feeding rate of preterm infants.
