肇庆七星岩风景区导览系统现状调查及优化升级策略研究

Investigation of the Current Situation and Research on Optimization and Upgrading Strategies of the Qixingyan Scenic Spot Guiding System in Zhaoqing

导览系统是景区公共服务的重要组成部分,也是游客了解景区的主要手段之一。为了打造旅游吸引核,形成“游客聚集”,进一步提升广东七星岩景区知名度和美誉度,采用实地调查法和文献研究法对七星岩景区导览系统进行研究,结果表明景区仍旧沿用传统的导视系统,尚未对导览系统进行智能化、数据化,因此在实地调查和分析的基础上,对景区传统导视系统进行优化升级,提出应用AR实景可视化技术,延伸人的视觉、听觉、触觉、嗅觉,以此增强导视系统的功能性,丰富人机交互体验方式,为七星岩景区旅游资源的整合、服务质量的提升提供参考。

The guiding system is an important part of the public service of the scenic spot,and a major means for tourists to understand the scenic spot.To build a tourism attraction core,form the“tourist gathering”,and further enhance the popularity and reputation of the Qixingyan scenic spot,this paper adopts the field investigation method and literature research to study the guiding system in it,and the results show that scenic spot still uses the traditional signage system,which has not yet been transformed intelligent or digitized.Therefore,on the basis of field investigation and analysis,the traditional signage system of Zhaoqing Qixingyan Scenic spot is optimized and upgraded,and the application of AR real scene visualization technology is proposed to extend the tourists’vision,hearing,touch and smell,so as to enhance the functionality of the guiding system and enrich the human-computer interaction experience,providing reference and suggestions for the integration of tourism resources and the improvement of service quality of the Qixingyan scenic spot.
