基于模糊综合评价法的永川区城市公园游憩者满意度评价

Evaluation of Recreationists Satisfaction with Urban Parks in Yongchuan District Based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

城市公园在城市绿地系统中发挥着重要的作用,游憩是绿色开放空间的基本功能,是公众休闲生活的基本需求,但目前有关游憩者满意度的评价还未兼顾整个区域的城市公园,因而进行相关研究尤为必要。该文以重庆市永川区为例,运用模糊综合评价的方法,找出影响游憩者满意度的显著因素,并针对基于满意度评价的城市公园品质提升策略进行探讨。研究结果表明:重庆永川区城市公园游憩者的总体满意度为基本满意;Pearson相关系数分析发现环境卫生、健身器材、休憩设施、卫生设施、管理服务、可达性、景观装置等是影响满意度的显著因素;采用IPA分析法,根据公园现存优劣势提出重点发展、保持发展和后续发展策略。研究对于加快城市公园绿地建设,促进城市公园品质提升具有现实意义。

Urban parks play an important role in the urban green space system.Recreation is the basic function of green open space and the basic needs of public leisure life.However,at present,the evaluation of recreationists satisfaction has not taken into account the urban parks in the whole region,so it is particularly necessary to carry out relevant research.Taking Yongchuan District of Chongqing City as a case,this paper employs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to figure out the significant factors that affect the recreationists satisfaction,and discusses the improvement strategy of urban parks quality based on satisfaction evaluation.The research results showed that the recreationists are basically satisfactory with the urban parks in Yongchuan District,Chongqing;the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis found that environmental sanitation,fitness equipment,recreation facilities,sanitation facilities,management services,accessibility,and landscape installations are the significant factors affecting satisfaction;Using IPA analysis method,this paper put forward strategies for prior development,continual development and subsequent development according to the existing advantages and disadvantages,which has important practical significance for accelerating the construction of green park space and promoting the quality improvement of urban parks in Yongchuan District.
