气泡分布对全机制砂混凝土强度及耐久性的影响研究

摘要 为研究气泡分布对全机制砂混凝土强度及耐久性的影响,从全机制砂混凝土的气泡泡径和气泡间距系数两方面探究气泡分布的影响。结果表明,气泡平均泡径控制在140~160μm,气泡间距系数控制在300~500μm,可使全机制砂混凝土的强度及耐久性达到综合最优,既可保证混凝土强度,又可改善混凝土耐久性能。 In order to study the influence of bubble distribution on the strength and durability of fully-mechanized sand concrete,this paper made an attempt from two aspects:the bubble diameter and the bubble spacing coefficient of the concrete.The results showed that if the average bubble diameter is controlled between 140~160μm and the bubble spacing coefficient between 300~500μm,the strength and durability of the fully-mechanized sand concrete can be comprehensively optimized,which can not only ensure the strength of the concrete,but also improve its durability.
