南方红豆杉扦插繁殖育苗技术

Cuttage Propagation and Seedling Technology of Taxus Chinensis

南方红豆杉是我国Ⅰ级重点保护珍贵树种,是集药用、观赏、绿化和特种优质用材为一体、经济价值极高的树种,在井冈山自然保护区主要以散生为主自然分布。人工栽培是解决天然南方红豆杉资源日益减少与市场需求不断加大矛盾的有效途径。因红豆杉种子稀少,繁殖困难,如何快速、有效的繁殖育苗是发展南方红豆杉的关键问题。通过南方红豆杉扦插繁殖试验,总结不同基质、不同激素和不同激素浓度对扦插成活的影响,以供参考。

Taxus chinensis is a classⅠkey protected precious tree species in China.It is a tree species with high economic value integrating medicinal,ornamental,afforestation and special high-quality wood.It is mainly distributed in jinggangshan Nature Reserve.Artificial cultivation is an effective way to solve the contradiction between decreasing natural taxus chinensis resources and increasing market demand.Because of the scarce seeds of Taxus chinensis,it is difficult to reproduce.How to reproduce seedlings quickly and effectively is the key problem for the development of Taxus chinensis.The effects of different substrates,different hormones and different hormone concentrations on the survival of Taxus chinensis cuttings were summarized through the cuttings propagation experiment.
