摘要 当前,碳中和碳达峰背景下,通过提升森林固碳功能是抵消与吸纳碳排放的重要途径之一。我国碳汇造林已取得了瞩目成绩,但在森林碳汇方面仍有广阔提升空间。该文在对森林碳汇研究现状基础上,分析了当前林业碳汇面临的主要问题,并据此提出应加强相关标准建设、试点非碳效应评估、完善配套政策体系等对策建议。 At present,under the background of carbon neutral and carbon peak,one of the important ways to offset and absorb carbon emissions is to enhance the carbon sequestration function of forests.Our country has made remarkable achievements in carbon sequestration,but there is still a broad space for improvement in forest carbon sequestration.Based on the research status of forest carbon sequestration,this paper analyzes the main problems of forest carbon sequestration,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the construction of relevant standards,evaluating the non-carbon effect of pilot projects,perfecting the supporting policy system,etc.
