哲学思想对促进高校心理健康教育与咨询的作用

The Effect of Philosophical Thoughts on Promoting Mental Health Education and Consultation in Colleges and Universities

随着社会和科技的飞速发展,社会的竞争日趋激烈,大学生在面对各种压力的同时,也产生了许多复杂的心理问题。大学生的心理问题得不到及时处理,对自身、家庭、社会和高校都有很大的影响。我国大学生的心理健康教育起步晚,尽管目前已有了长足的进步,但其专业化程度仍然很低,其科学化、规范化建设仍有很长的路要走。积极探索职业院校的心理健康教育,是提高大学生心理健康素质的重要途径。该文引入哲学思想的唯物辩证法,对促进高校心理健康教育与咨询的作用进行阐述,以供参考。

With the rapid development of society and science and technology,the social competition is increasingly fierce,college students in the face of various pressures at the same time,but also produced many complex psychological problems.The psychological problems of college students can not be dealt with in time,which have a great impact on themselves,their families,society and universities.The mental health education of Chinese college students starts late.Although there has been great progress,its degree of specialization is still low,and its scientific and standardized construction still has a long way to go.It is an important way to improve the mental health quality of college students to explore the mental health education in vocational colleges actively.In this paper,the materialist dialectics of philosophy is introduced to explain the function of promoting the education and consultation of mental health in colleges and universities for reference.
