高强高模聚乙烯醇纤维染色性能研究

摘要 针对高强度高模量聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维分子间结构紧密,亲水性较弱,染色比较困难的问题,选用直接耐晒大红4BS染料,设计了环保载体染色实验。通过选用环保型载体RY-705、XB-POW、RY-1070进行染色,测试纤维的最大上染百分率,探索最佳的载体用量与保温时间,并以此为基础进行染色动力学的研究。结果表明:RY-705环保载体为最优载体,最佳载体用量为20 mL/L,保温时间为80 min;PVA纤维染色的动力学模型符合假二级动力学模型特征,其平衡上染百分率达73.60%,半染时间t 1/2为7.23711 min,其扩散系数随着上染时间的增大而减小,吸附等温线符合Freundlich曲线模型。 Aiming at the problems of tight intermolecular structure,weak hydrophilicity and difficult dyeing of high strength and high modulus polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fibers,direct sunlight resistant direct fast scarlet 4BS dye was selected and an environmentally friendly carrier dyeing experiment was designed.Environmental protection carriers RY-705,XB-POW and RY-1070 were selected for dyeing,the maximum dyeing percentage of fibers was tested,the optimal carrier dosage and holding time were explored,and the dyeing kinetics was studied on this basis.The results show that RY-705 environmental protection carrier is the optimal carrier with the carrier dosage of 20 mL/L and holding time of 80 min.At this time,the kinetic model of PVA fiber dyeing conformed to the characteristics of pseudo-secondary kinetic model,its equilibrium dyeing rate is 73.60%,its half dyeing time t 1/2 is 7.23711 min,its diffusion coefficient slowly decreases with the increase of dyeing time,and its adsorption isotherm conforms to the Freundlich curve model.
