摘要
为了更好地实现大数据信息背景下服装企业的智能制造,基于新疆区域性人体数据,以男西服为例进行研究,首先采集新疆乌鲁木齐市346位男性的上半身数据,基于R语言进行数据分析,将乌鲁木齐市男性体型特征与男西服结构设计进行联系,并建立区域性男西服个性化样板生成规则,最后结合AutoLISP二次开发程序编译环境构建男西服参数化结构模型,实现男西服纸样的自动化生成。该智能化制版技术可提高区域性服装的合体性,可应用于新疆地区服装制造业的转型升级,为服装大规模个性化定制提供技术参考。
In order to better realize the intelligent manufacturing of clothing enterprises under the background of big data information,based on the regional human body data of Xinjiang,the men′s suit was taken as an example for the study.Firstly,the upper body data of 346 men in Urumqi,Xinjiang Province was collected,and the data was analyzed based on R language,then,the body characteristics of men in Urumqi were connected with the structure design of men′s suit.Finally,the parameterized structure model of men′s suit was constructed in combination with the compilation environment of AutoLISP secondary development program to realize the automatic generation of men′s suit pattern.The intelligent pattern making technology can improve the fitness of regional garments,and can be applied to the transformation and upgrading of the garment manufacturing industry in Xinjiang,providing technical reference for the mass personalized customization of garments.
