废旧涤纶纺织品制备纤维增强复合材料的研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 针对废旧涤纶纺织品回收率低、缺乏绿色环保回收涤纶的方式以及再利用手段单一等问题,介绍了国内外废旧涤纶纺织品的回收现状及回收技术;从力学性能、声学性能的角度阐述了回收废旧涤纶纺织品制备纤维增强体复合材料的原理及研究进展,介绍了目前废旧涤纶纺织品制备纤维增强复合材料在建筑、汽车领域的应用,最后总结了涤纶在制备复合材料时存在的问题,为提高废旧涤纶纺织品的回收利用率、废旧涤纶纺织品制备纤维增强复合材料的研究和发展提供参考。 In view of the low recycle rate of waste polyester textiles,the lack of green and environmentally friendly ways to recycle polyester and single recycling means and other problems.The recycling status and recycling technology of waste polyester textiles at home and abroad were introduced.The principle and research progress of fiber reinforced composites made from recycled waste polyester textiles were expounded in this paper from the perspective of mechanical and acoustic properties the current application of fiber reinforced composites made from waste polyester textiles in the field of construction and automobile was introduced,and finally the existing problems in the preparation of polyester composite materials were summarized.This paper provides a reference for improving the recycling and utilization rate of waste polyester textiles and the research and development of fiber reinforced composites made from waste polyester textiles.
