摘要
帕金森病(PD)是以黑质多巴胺能神经元损伤及铁沉积为病理特征的神经退行性疾病。定量磁化率成像(QSM)是根据相位信息定量评估组织中铁含量的MR技术,对铁沉积较传统梯度回波成像更为敏感。本文就QSM用于PD的研究进展进行综述。
Parkinson disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by nigra dopaminergic neuron damage and iron deposition.Quantitative susceptibility imaging(QSM)is an MR technique for quantitative assessment of iron content in tissue based on phase information,being more sensitive to iron deposition than traditional gradient echo imaging.The research progresses of QSM for PD were reviewed in this article.
