双能X线骨密度仪前臂骨密度测定在体检人群中的临床应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究双能X线骨密度仪前臂骨密度测定在体检人群中的临床应用价值。方法分析2021年1月-2022年1月在我院体检的343例成年体检者临床资料,均采用双能X线骨密度仪进行前臂骨密度测定,观察前臂骨密度减少发生率,分析不同年龄、性别骨密度减少者T值变化情况及可能的影响因素。结果343例成年体检人中,143例存在骨量减少,前臂骨密度减少发生率为42.57%,其中男性67例,女性76例;随着年龄的增长,T值均不断减小,但40~50岁年龄段者T值小于20~30、30~40、50~60、60~70岁年龄段者(P<0.05);20~30、40~50、50~60、60~70岁年龄段男性T值均高于女性(P<0.05),30~40岁年龄段男性和女性T值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);40~50岁年龄段男性、女性T值均大于其他年龄组(P<0.05),60~70岁年龄段男性、女性T值与20~30岁年龄段比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双能X线骨密度仪前臂骨密度测定在成年人体检中具有重要的价值,可准确判断体检者骨量丢失情况,且骨量丢失与年龄、性别具有一定的关系。40~50岁年龄段女性骨量丢失发生风险相对较高,应给予及时的干预和治疗,以降低或预防骨质疏松症的发生。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of forearm bone density measurement by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry in physical examination population.Methods Combined with the clinical data of 343 adult physical underwent physical examination in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2021,the forearm bone mineral density was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry.The incidence of forearm bone mineral density reduction was observed,and the changes of T value and possible influencing factors of bone mineral density reduction in different ages and genders were analyzed.Results Among the 343 adults,143 adults had osteopenia,and the incidence of forearm bone density reduction was 42.57%,including 67 males and 76 females.With the increase of age,the T value decreased continuously,but the T value of 40-50 years old was less than that of 20-30,30-40,50-60,60-70 years old(P<0.05).The T values of males aged 20-30,40-50,50-60 and 60-70 years were higher than those of females(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in T values between males and females aged 30-40 years(P>0.05).The T values of males and females in the 40-50 age group were higher than those in other age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry forearm bone density measurement has important value in adult physical examination,which can accurately determine the bone loss of physical examination,and bone loss has a certain relationship with age and gender.The risk of bone loss in women aged 40-50 is relatively high,and timely intervention and treatment should be given to reduce or prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis.
