术中护理配合对人工膝关节置换术患者手术出血量及术后并发症的影响

Effect of Intraoperative Nursing Cooperation on the Amount of Bleeding and Postoperative Complications in Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的观察术中护理配合对人工膝关节置换术(TKA)患者手术出血量及术后并发症的影响。方法选取2019年8月-2021年4月我院行TKA治疗的107例患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=53)与对照组(n=54)。观察组应用术中护理配合模式,对照组则采用常规手术室护理,比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、应激指标[肾上腺素(AD)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、并发症及膝关节恢复情况。结果观察组术中出血量小于对照组,且手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组术中AD、NE、CRP水平均高于术前,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膝关节恢复优良率为81.13%,高于对照组的62.96%(P<0.05)。结论术中护理配合可减少TKA患者的术中出血量,缩短手术时间,减轻手术应激,降低并发症风险,有利于术后膝关节功能的恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of intraoperative nursing cooperation on the amount of bleeding and postoperative complications in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A total of 107 patients who underwent TKA in our hospital from August 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=54)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with intraoperative nursing cooperation mode,while the control group was treated with routine operating room nursing.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,stress indexes[adrenaline(AD),norepinephrine(NE),C-reactive protein(CRP)],complications and knee joint recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of AD,NE and CRP in the two groups were higher than those before operation,but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee joint recovery in the observation group was 81.13%,which was higher than 62.96%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative nursing cooperation mode can reduce the intraoperative blood loss of TKA patients,shorten the operation time,reduce the surgical stress,reduce the risk of complications,and is conducive to the recovery of knee joint function after operation.
