摘要
类器官是一种三维细胞培养技术,能模拟人体的微环境,具备培养时间短、增殖效率高等优势,已在人体多个器官的研究中得到广泛应用。当前,呼吸系统以建立气道类器官和肺癌类器官为主,并在慢性炎症性肺病、感染性肺病、间质性肺病和肺癌中有着较广泛的探索。研究表明,类器官技术在疾病建模、基因筛选、靶向治疗等方面都存在巨大潜力。本文就类器官在呼吸系统研究中的应用作一综述。
Organoids is a three-dimensional cell culture technology,which can simulate the microenvironment of the human body.It has the advantages of short culture time and high proliferation efficiency,and has been widely used in the study of multiple organs of the human body.At present,the respiratory system is mainly based on the establishment of airway organoids and lung cancer organoids,and has been widely explored in chronic inflammatory lung disease,infectious lung disease,interstitial lung disease and lung cancer.Studies have shown that organoid technology has great potential in disease modeling,gene screening,targeted therapy and so on.This article reviews the application of organoids in respiratory research.
