健康中国背景下医学生物化学课程教学实践与探索

Exploration and Practice on Course Ideological and Political in Medical Biochemistry Under the Background of Healthy China

医学生物化学既是一门面向医学专业的公共课,也是临床医学专业的基础理论课程。在健康中国战略实施的背景下,生化课堂上应引导学生思考知识背后隐藏的情感价值,建立和谐的大健康观,从而实现为健康中国的建设培养人才的使命担当。文章以脂质代谢一章中“脂肪酸β-氧化”的教学实践为例,介绍以健康中国战略为主线贯穿课堂的“三步走”教学设计:课前线上预习,以保健品市场的调研实践活动为作业,隐形思政;课中多元教学,讨论脂肪酸氧化与健康的关系,渗透大健康观;课后实践作业,将健康思政内化于心;从而强化医学生在健康中国建设中的重要职责和使命,培养医学生的责任意识和担当,达到立德树人、三全育人的教育目标。

Medical biochemistry,a public course for medical majors and basic theory course for clinical medicine majors.With the implementation of the Healthy China strategy,medical students should be guided to stablish the concept of harmonious health,and think about the emotional value behind knowledge in biochemistry course.Taking"fatty acidβ-oxidation"in the chapter of lipid metabolism as an example,this paper introduces the"three-step"teaching design,and the healthy China strategy is repeated through the teaching:taking the practical activities of health-food market research as task of online preview before class,for the realization of invisible ideological and political;and then in class,multi-teaching and thematic discussion about the relationship between fatty acid oxidation and health,permeating the concept of health;finally,practice homework after classwas is arranged,it will internalize the health thought and politics in the heart.So as to strengthen the important responsibility and mission of medical students in the construction of healthy China,cultivate the sense of responsibility and responsibility of medical students,and achieve the educational goal of establishing morality and cultivating people.
