摘要
目的通过与以授课为导向的教学法(lecturebased learning,LBL)的比较,探讨应用3D打印技术联合循证医学-以案例为导向的教学法(evidence-based medicine-case-based learning,EBM-CBL)在骨肿瘤临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年7—12月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师60名,随机分为对照组30名(传统教学)和试验组30名(3D打印联合EBM-CBL),比较两组学员的理论成绩、临床技能操作成绩和问卷调查评分。结果与对照组相比,试验组学员的理论成绩和临床技能操作成绩均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且问卷调查结果显示试验组评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用3D打印技术联合EBM-CBL的教学模式在骨肿瘤临床教学中取得了良好的成果,有利于提高教学质量。
Objective To explore the application value of 3D printing technology combined with evidence-based medicine-case-based learning(EBM-CBL)in clinical teaching of bone tumor by comparing with traditional lecture-based teaching(LBL).Methods A total of 60 residents who participated in the standardized training of residents in the Second Affiliated Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University from July to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group(traditional teaching)and the experimental group(3D printing combined with EBM-CBL).The theoretical scores,clinical skill scores and questionnaire scores of the students in these two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical scores and clinical skill scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the questionnaire results showed that the scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of using 3D printing technology combined with EBMCBL has achieved good results in clinical teaching of bone tumors,which is conducive to improving the quality of teaching.
