三阶段混合式教学法在神经内科眩晕疾病教学中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)的三阶段混合式教学法在神经内科眩晕疾病临床教学中的应用和效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年3月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2019级神经内科住培硕士研究生46名,随机分为对照组和试验组各23名,对照组采用传统LBL教学法,试验组采用基于OBE理念的三阶段混合式教学法,对比分析两组临床带教效果。结果试验组病例分析、床旁查体技能考试、总成绩以及教学满意度评价均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眩晕疾病临床教学中,应用基于OBE理论的三阶段混合式教学法有助于学生提高眩晕疾病的临床综合实践和诊疗能力,可获得良好的临床带教效果。 Objective To explore the application and effect of the three-stage blended learning method based on the concept of Outcome-based education(OBE)in the clinical teaching of vertigo in neurology.Methods A total of 64 postgraduates in the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 32 students each.The control group adopts the traditional LBL teaching method,while the experimental group used the three-stage blended learning method based on the OBE concept.After teaching the clinical teaching effect between the two groups were compared.Results The case analysis,bedside physical examination skills test,total scores and teaching satisfaction evaluation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the three-stage blended learning method based on the OBE in clinical teaching of vertigo diseases can help students improve the comprehensive clinical practice and diagnosis and treatment capabilities of vertigo diseases,so as to obtain a good clinical teaching effects.
