PBL联合CBL教学法在心内科护理规培生教学中的效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过对护理规范化培训学生在心内科临床实习效果的分析总结,旨在探究以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)与以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)相结合的教学法对提高护理住培学生在心内科实习效果中的作用及可行性。方法将2019年1月至2020年12月护理规培生80名作为研究对象,按随机分组法分为2组,其中对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组采用传统的教学方式,观察组采用PBL与CBL相结合的教学方式,出科时比较两组学生的理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩、综合实习能力及教学法满意度。结果观察组理论知识考核、临床技能考核、综合实习能力及教学满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科护理规培生教学中应用PBL与CBL结合的教学法切实可行,打破了传统教学的刻板,更有新意,有益于培养学生的自主学习能力,能帮助学生更好地掌握心内科基础知识和操作技能,能显著提高护理规培生的综合教学质量,保障学习效果,提升教学满意度。 Objective By analyzing and summarizing the clinical practice effect of standardized nursing training students in cardiology,this paper aims to explore the role and feasibility of combining PBL and CBL teaching mode in improving the practice effect of standardized nursing students in cardiology.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,80 students were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the combination of PBL and CBL teaching method.The results of theory assessment,clinical skills assessment,comprehensive practice ability and teaching model satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The assessment of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,comprehensive practice ability and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of PBL in cardiology nursing rules Pearson teaching combined with CBL teaching mode is feasible,broke the traditional teaching of rigid,more interesting,and is beneficial to cultivate the students'autonomous learning ability,can help students to better grasp the basic knowledge of cardiology,and operating skills,can significantly improve the quality of nursing culture students'comprehensive teaching rules,ensure the effect of learning,Improve teaching satisfaction.
